FORMER VICE PRESIDENT ENOCK KAVINDELE APPOINTED AS HEAD OF MISSION TO THE SADC ELECTORAL OBSERVATION MISSION TO SOUTH AFRICA President Hakainde Hichilema has appointed Mr. Enock Kavindele, Former Vice President of the Republic of Zambia as Head of Mission to the SADC Electoral Observation Mission to the Republic of South Africa.
